MIUI 12.5.1 Global Version for Xiaomi MI 9T Pro and Redmi K20 Pro

MIUI 12.5 New Features for Redmi K20 Pro / MI 9T Pro
Redmi K20 Pro Global version will not receive the same features as the Redmi K20 Pro-China version. You will get some minor changes to your device.
System Launcher
You will get an MIUI System launcher with some minor changes in your device. In this version, you will get a new option to add a full-screen indicator. You can switch between your apps using this indicator. And without this, you will not see many changes in your MIUI System Launcher.
Control Center and Notification Panel
You will not see any noticeable changes in your Control center, unlike the Redmi K20 Pro-China version. Now you can switch from your Control Center to the Notification panel by sliding. And your brightness control bar will stay attached to your control center when you scroll down the icon on your control center. You will also see the time and date option at the top of your control center. These are all the changes and new features you will get on your New Control Center and Notification Panel.
New Animation
You will see some noticeable changes in your animation transaction. Now you will see that your navigation became much smoother and faster than before. Now you can seamlessly browse through your apps and settings without getting any hiccups. Apps opening and the closing transaction is very smooth. This will also make your internet browsing more enjoyable. You will also see that when you open or close any app on your home screen, your home screen wallpaper will zoom in and zoom out at that time. You can consider this as new animation added to your new MIUI 12.5 ROM.
Camera, Gallary, and Video Editor
You will not see bigger changes in your camera department, only some minor changes like VLOG and Clone. You will get some new filters in your photo editor. You will only see some minor changes in your gallery. You will get some new templates and some extra filters in your video editor.
Video Toolbox
You get a new feature call Video Toolbox. In this particular feature, you will get an option to open another app while playing videos or movies. You will also get an option to record any of the video scenes that you like while watching movies or videos. You can also change your color style using this Toolbox. You can also cast your videos and take screenshots very easily using Video Toolbox.
Fingerprints
Not many changes in Fingerprints settings, you will get a new set of Fingerprint unlocking effects and animation. And the unlocking speed is still the same as before. Maybe you will see minor changes in your Unlocking Animation, it’s much smoother than before.
Uninstall System Apps
You will get an option to uninstall your system app without rooting your device. But let me remind you, you can uninstall system apps but you won’t be able to completely remove them from your system. You will get a new option in your APPS, you will see an option called Uninstalled System Apps, the system apps that you will be uninstalling will store in there. Also, you won’t be able to remove the uninstalled system apps icon from your app drawer, it will only be disabled and its color will change into gray color and will stay in your apps drawer. So you guys think yourselves, if it’s a new feature or not.
Extra New Features
Unlike Redmi K20 Pro-China Version, you will get few Extra New Features in your Redmi K20 Pro Global version. You will see some changes in your Special features settings, you will get a new option called Floating windows. You can use multiple massaging apps in bubble-like windows, like Facebook messenger.
Cons
You will not get the MIUI dialer or MIUI Massage app, you will get Google Dialer and Massage app, so you won’t be able to use the special features of MIUI dialer and MIUI Massage. You won’t get any specialized settings for customizing your Wallpaper like MIUI 12.5.4 China Stable. You will also not get any new features in Sounds and Ringtones like MIUI 12.5.4 China Stable.
Conclusion
If I have to say anything about the new Redmi K20 Pro MIUI 12.5.1 Global version, then I will say I am satisfied with the new updates, and at the same time, I am not satisfied because I get fewer features than the China Stable version of Redmi K20 Pro.
